ResponsibilitiesThe Dutch LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. Our focus is continually championing and optimizing Tik Tok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team seeks an enthusiastic Senior Influencer Operations Manager. You will play a key role in driving the success of our LIVE content ecosystem in the Dutch market by managing relationships with creators, optimizing performance, and scaling operations. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer culture, excellent operational capability, and strong leadership in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
As part of the LIVE Operations Team, the Influencer Operations Manager will ensure that Tik Tok LIVE has a stable supply of Live‑focused content creators for the European region. This role will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring top Live creators and building programs and activations to deepen the relationship with existing top Live creators in the Dutch Market.
- Lead creator acquisition and retention strategies for Tik Tok LIVE in the Dutch market.
- Design and implement scalable programs to onboard, train, and support LIVE creators.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and content policy teams to enhance creator experience.
- Develop community‑building strategies to support monetisation and creator satisfaction.
- Oversee contractual agreements and ensure compliance with platform standards.
- Lead workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions to educate and motivate creators.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creator behaviours.
- Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation.
- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Establish policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitor and provide sufficient feedback for LIVE features.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in talents/influencer management
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Work collaboratively and commitment to the team.
- Fluency in Dutch and English so as to communicate with Dutch talents and agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional, patient and skillful communication.
- Result‑oriented, good data analysis skills and proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok LIVE ecosystem and its creator monetisation tools.
- Experience with community‑building or user engagement strategies.
