We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Games and Product to lead and grow our market-leading portfolio of top-grossing social casino titles. This is a pivotal role at Product Madness, reporting directly to the Head of Product Madness, with responsibility for driving the performance of six global apps and guiding talented teams across Europe and North America. The ideal candidate will join the Product Madness Senior Leadership Team and bring deep industry expertise.
They have a player-first product attitude and proven skill in complex, matrixed environments. They will be a strategic leader with commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire creativity, innovation, and accountability across diverse teams.

** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Portfolio Leadership**:
Oversee a portfolio of six top-grossing social casino apps across Europe and North America, driving performance and growth. Ensure each game team operates with clarity of purpose, accountability, and strong alignment to the company's strategy.
* ** Product & Game Operations Ownership:
** Lead all Product and Game Ops functions within the portfolio, ensuring a player-first approach, operational excellence, and revenue growth that is balanced over time. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding game experiences.
* ** Industry & Market Expertise**:
Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market dynamics within the mobile social casino space. Bring thought leadership and strategic vision to find opportunities and build the strategic direction of the portfolio.
* ** Data-Driven Product Excellence**:
Champion a data-informed approach to decision-making across product design, live operations, and monetization strategies. Ensure the right balance between creative vision and rigorous performance analysis.

** 1O+ years in mobile gaming, with at least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multi-title portfolios in top-grossing social casino or adjacent categories.

** Deep understanding of mobile free-to-play games dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends. Proven ability to anticipate change and shape long-term strategy.
