Concierge – Chelsea

Day Concierge – Chelsea – £38,580 Chelsea, London

We’re looking for organiser and customer‑service driven individuals who can work well independently or as part of a team. The working pattern for this position will be 6 days in week 1 and 2 days in week 2, with hours from 8:00 to 20:00, a total of 42 hours per week. You’ll be based at a building close to the famous Kings Road that consists of 26 luxury units.

• Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log.
• Overseeing the safe keeping of the building’s keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
• Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required.
• Building a network of local contacts to ensure high‑quality recommendations.
• Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

• £38,580 salary, possible review after probation.
