Poolhouse is assembling its founding service team ahead of a February 2026 launch, and we’re looking for confident, polished waiters with proven experience in fast‑paced, high‑quality venues. This is not a first step into hospitality – it’s an opportunity for professionals who understand timing, anticipation, and guest flow, and who take pride in delivering seamless, memorable service every shift.

As a Waiter at Poolhouse, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences through seamless service, playful interaction, and great attention to detail. Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or ensuring a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Poolhouse experience
• Take food and drink orders with accuracy, efficiency, and style
• Make recommendations confidently and upsell where appropriate
• Ensure prompt delivery of items and check back at the right moments
• Clear and reset tables with speed and attention to hygiene standards
• Operate POS and handheld ordering devices with ease
• Keep your section clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams
• Be proactive in solving guest queries or issues with a calm, can‑do attitude
• Support team members during busy periods or shift changes
• Help create a relaxed, upbeat environment through pace, positivity, and professionalism
