Job Summary

Working Hours : 6pm - 4am
You will lead and participate in stage performances at a KTV Lounge & Nightclub, applying your expertise in singing, dancing, and hosting to deliver engaging entertainment. You will recruit and schedule performing artistes, train new stage crew to enhance their performance quality, and coordinate rehearsals and resources to ensure seamless event execution.

• Recruit performing artistes and singers to meet event requirements, ensuring a diverse and talented roster
• Participate actively in all stage performances to maintain high entertainment standards
• Train and guide new stage crew members to improve their performance skills and stage presence
• Schedule and select performing artistes for specific event performances to optimize audience engagement
• Coordinate and attend all training sessions and rehearsals to ensure readiness and quality of performances
• Source and manage necessary accessories and props to support stage performances effectively
• Apply singing, dancing, and hosting skills to deliver dynamic and engaging entertainment
• Ensure all stage crew maintain a professional and presentable appearance on stage
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to protect stage crew during performances
• Submit detailed monthly performance reports of all stage crew to the Stage Manager for continuous improvement
