Team Leader – Travel Arrangements for the Music Industry

Our client is a specialist travel partner to high-profile artists and touring teams. They’re looking for a Team Leader who can balance hands‑on client management with guiding a small group of travel specialists. If you thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments and enjoy supporting VIP entertainment clients, this could be a brilliant step up.

Team Leader – what will I be doing?
  • Leading and supporting a team of travel specialists, setting standards for service and accuracy.
  • Managing your own portfolio of artists and touring clients, delivering seamless, time‑critical travel.
  • Coaching and developing team members to strengthen skills and confidence.
  • Overseeing high‑pressure itinerary changes, reissues and VIP requests.
  • Working with senior colleagues to refine processes and support commercial growth.
  • Acting as the point of escalation and helping drive consistent team performance.
  • Improving workflow efficiency across the team.
Team Leader – Travel & Touring – what experience do I need?
  • Strong background in travel, ideally with experience supporting entertainment or VIP clients.
  • If you have not worked in Corporate Travel within the entertainment industry perhaps you have worked in booking travel within the events industry dealing with large groups or in sports travel with large changeable numbers.
  • At least one year of team leadership or mentoring.
  • Excellent GDS capability (Galileo experience is highly valued), including reissues and complex itineraries.
  • Confident handling escalations and working calmly under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A commercial mindset and ability to balance service with profitability.
Team Leader – Travel & Touring – what else do I need to know?
  • Hybrid London role with core hours of 10am–6pm.
  • Occasional out‑of‑hours support and participation in an on‑call rota.
  • Very competitive salary and a strong benefits package, including enhanced holiday, wellbeing support and event access.

If you enjoy leading from the front and want to play a key role in supporting world‑class touring clients, we’d love to tell you more.
