Associate Director – Sports Content & Partnerships

Location: London (hybrid)

Contract: Full-time

The role

We’re looking for an Associate Director to lead sport and entertainment partnership programmes, with a key focus on an F1 account
. This is a senior role for someone who understands how to turn partnerships into culturally relevant, creative campaigns that engage fans across platforms.

You’ll shape strategy, oversee delivery, and act as a senior partner to internal teams and external stakeholders including rights holders, teams, talent, creators and production partners. Experience in motor sport is ideal
, and a background in delivering creative, campaign-led work is essential.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the strategy, planning and delivery of creative partnership and content campaigns across an F1 programme
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, aligning brands, rights holders, talent and production partners
  • Build strong senior relationships across marketing, partnerships, content and brand teams
  • Work confidently within partnership rights and talent frameworks to maximise creative impact
  • Oversee content strategies built for modern sports fandom, including creators, social platforms and real-time moments
  • Own commercial and operational delivery, including scopes, budgets, timelines and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to grow and extend partnerships through new ideas, moments and markets
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, setting clear ownership and standards
What we’re looking for
  • Significant experience in sports partnerships and content, ideally within motor sport or F1
  • Proven experience delivering creative, campaign-led work in sport or entertainment
  • Strong understanding of partnership rights, talent and creator ecosystems
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex partner environments
  • Commercial confidence and strong leadership skills
