Sports Trading Support Agent

Location: Greater London

* Assist various internal & external departments in relation to sports book related escalations
* Directly or indirectly assist with Trading related processes and duties
* Completion of extra tasks relating to Trading as assigned by managers during shift
* Update databases that will assist with trading
* Develop trading skills-set by working closely with members of the Trading dept.
* Keep up to date with sporting activity by following sports events and new updates
* Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
* Maintain high level of awareness on internal policies, systems and procedures
* Minimum Matric with relevent experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
* Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
* Strong knowledge of all sports and understanding of Sports betting terms/types
* Highly numerate
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
* In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
* Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
* Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
* Exposure to Sports book/Trading environment
* Sports fanatic with a keen interest in sporting data and analytics
* Knowledge and understanding of all the Betway Brands and systems
