Location: Greater London

£35,000 per year + performance bonuses (typically £1,000–£2,000/month)

Full-time | On-site / Hybrid | Evening availability required

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a premium entertainment venue in London that blends high-performance gaming, immersive cinema experiences, cocktails, quality food, and a vibrant social atmosphere.

The venue hosts weekly themed events, tournaments, private bookings, and cinema-style experiences. They are looking for an energetic and creative Events & Social Media Manager to lead events, engage guests, and grow the brand’s social presence.

Role Overview

This role is approximately:

  • 70% Events & Guest Engagement
  • 30% Social Media & Content Creation

You will run weekly events, attract and engage guests, host lively evenings, and create short-form content that drives the brand online.

Key Responsibilities Events & Guest Engagement
  • Plan and host weekly themed events
  • Build RSVP lists and actively attract guests
  • Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for visitors
  • Collaborate with influencers and micro-creators
  • Support private and corporate events (commission applicable)
  • Build relationships with regulars and local communities
Social Media (Tik Tok & Instagram)
  • Capture live content: gameplay, atmosphere, reactions, cocktails, food
  • Post daily Instagram Stories and maintain highlights
  • Monitor trends and create engaging content
  • Write captions, hashtags, and manage posting schedules
Online Communication
  • Respond to DMs on Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Engage with comments and community messages
  • Reply to Google Reviews
  • Assist with inbound event enquiries
Brand Growth
  • Build excitement and FOMO around events
  • Grow Tik Tok and Instagram accounts consistently
  • Contribute creative ideas for viral content and campaigns
  • Help shape the brand voice and personality
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality (bars, restaurants, nightlife or entertainment venues)
  • Proven experience running or coordinating events
  • Strong Tik Tok/Reels content creation skills
  • Ability to film and edit short-form content (Cap Cut or similar)
  • Confident on camera and comfortable hosting videos
  • Charismatic, social, and energetic personality
  • Understanding of hospitality operations, guest flow, and atmosphere
