Location: Greater London

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated 2D Artist to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional artistic skills, strong leadership qualities, experience in slot or instant win game art and an expert level of experience using AI art production tools.

You must be foremost an artist. AI is used to assist in art development and not used exclusively.

Role overview

The 2D AI Artist will play a pivotal role in our game development process. Following our in-house guidelines to create compelling game assets.

You will be responsible for interpreting simulations, game guides, and rules, to develop compelling themes, symbols, characters, backgrounds, and animation guidelines. You will take ownership of the visual development process, conduct necessary research, and proactively collaborate with the wider team.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning symbols, characters, and environments that align with game mechanics and themes.
  • Contribute to the development of prototypes and mockups to establish the visual direction of games.
  • Maintain a consistent art style across all game assets, ensuring a cohesive overall visual design.
  • Optimize all assets for seamless integration into games without compromising quality.
  • Ensuring output is animation ready.
Required qualifications and skills
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing exceptional illustration skills and a versatile range of art styles.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in 2D slot or instant win game art.
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Professional level of Scenario, Layer, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (Control Net), and Free Pik etc.
  • Solid understanding of game art optimization and technical constraints.
Location

This position is open to candidates primarily based in Europe and the UK. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote, on-site (London offices), or hybrid options.
