Ready to be part of an adventure surrounded by glittering scales, humongous tentacles, and razor-sharp smiles? At SEA LIFE London Aquarium, we’re hunting for passionate Admissions Hosts to help create unforgettable moments for our guests!

What you will be doing

As a Admissions Host, you will be right at the heart of the guest journey. Your role will include:

  • Sell and process tickets accurately while meeting service standards, KPIs, and maintaining efficiency.
  • Approach guests confidently, engage in friendly conversations, and manage queues positively and professionally.
  • Promote ticket upgrades, cluster attractions, and secondary revenue areas (retail, photos).
  • Handle cash, vouchers, and card payments correctly and follow approval procedures for discounts.
  • Maintain and care for ticketing equipment, stock, and queue‑line assets.
  • Use strong product knowledge to support sales and enhance guest experience.
  • Participate in training and support colleagues when needed.
  • Work safely, follow procedures, and report any incidents appropriately.

This is a fixed term position where flexibility is key as you’ll be part of a roster that includes weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
  • You must be aged 18+ (some shifts require selling alcohol)
  • Ideally have some experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Able to stay friendly, helpful, and focused on giving guests a great experience.
  • Comfortable working towards daily sales goals.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
  • Able to follow cash‑handling rules and mystery shop standards, asking for help when unsure.
  • Follows safety procedures carefully to help keep guests and staff safe.
