The Manager, Events & App plans, coordinates, and executes corporate events, workshops, webinars, and conferences while managing the company’s mobile and web applications. This role ensures smooth operations, effective vendor onboarding, and promotes digital platforms to enhance engagement, user experience, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, workshops, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events and app initiatives align with company branding and objectives.
- Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Collect post-event feedback and analyze performance metrics to improve future events.
- Oversee the company’s mobile and web applications, ensuring smooth functionality and positive user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, internal stakeholders, and app vendors to implement updates, new features, and onboarding processes.
- Promote app usage and engagement through campaigns, user communication, and app-based initiatives.
- Monitor app analytics and user engagement metrics to optimize performance and adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation for events and app management processes.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to management on event outcomes and app performance.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives using app-based channels and event platforms.
- Perform any other tasks related to events or digital platform management as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management, digital platforms, or app management.
- Experience with event platforms, mobile/web apps, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
