Job Overview
My client is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Event Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with event setup and operations, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
Responsibilities- Assist in event setup, teardown, and on‑site operations
- Support event coordination and logistics arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and event crew
- Assist in registration, crowd control, and guest management
- Ensure event materials and equipment are prepared and handled properly
- Provide general support before, during, and after events
- Minimum A Level / Diploma / Degree and above
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Students are welcome
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
