Position
UK Casino Manager – Reporting to:
Head of UK.
As a UK Casino Manager you’ll take ownership of work that gives us a competitive edge, including:
- Assist in delivery of overall casino strategy to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow the business.
- Build relationships with casino games providers.
- Secure offers & exclusives and coordinate delivery with UK team.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize activity.
- Generate and present monthly performance reviews.
- Conduct competitor reviews and product gap analysis.
- Assist stakeholders to ensure acquisition & retention initiatives are optimal.
- Develop brand marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity.
- Maintain digital inventory and properties with best content.
- Optimize player lifecycle through CRM initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to influence product development roadmaps.
- Lead the UK gamification project.
- Collaborate with development teams to fix issues & deliver improvements.
- Clear, confident communication.

- Previous experience in online gaming or casino industry.
- Strong understanding of player behaviour & regulations.

- Ability to present data & proposals internally and externally.
- Knowledge of sports betting markets.
- Experience with odds calculation, betting types & market trends.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations in various jurisdictions.
