UK Casino Manager – Reporting to:
Head of UK.

As a UK Casino Manager you’ll take ownership of work that gives us a competitive edge, including:

• Assist in delivery of overall casino strategy to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow the business.
• Build relationships with casino games providers.
• Secure offers & exclusives and coordinate delivery with UK team.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize activity.
• Generate and present monthly performance reviews.
• Conduct competitor reviews and product gap analysis.
• Assist stakeholders to ensure acquisition & retention initiatives are optimal.
• Develop brand marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Maintain digital inventory and properties with best content.
• Optimize player lifecycle through CRM initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to influence product development roadmaps.
• Lead the UK gamification project.
• Collaborate with development teams to fix issues & deliver improvements.

• Experience with odds calculation, betting types & market trends.
