We are looking for a new Customer Success Executive to help us find and onboard the very best activities and venues to our platform.
Benefits- Workspace provided in SW London (preferred attendance half day/full day per week)
- Bookado Lifetime Membership
- 2 days per week (16 hours), work can be split into half days
- £110 per day plus bonuses
- Build and maintain Bookado’s relationship with venues
- Upload and maintain venue listings
- Quality check existing venue listings and offers
- Organise special offers with venues and work with Marketing Manager to communicate offers
- Facilitate client venue tours when necessary
- Maintain an internal database of contacts and offers
- Motivated, passionate and personable
- Comfortable with frequent travel; must be able to commute to Putney, Southfields or Fulham in SW London at least one day per week
- Previous experience not required
