— Sales & Events Manager — Up to £35,000 plus tips and benefits.
Join Fuller’s. The role is based at The Hydrant in City of London and involves managing sales and events operations, delivering high-quality customer service and driving revenue through pre-booked and bespoke events.

Sales & Events Manager
- Effectively execute pre-booked strategy.
- Deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets.
- Drive additional business via outbound activity.
- Manage Collins, Atreemo & Tonic systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance reports as required.
- Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website & listings).
- Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
- Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.
- Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.
- Recruit, train and develop sales & events coordinator (where applicable).
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.
- Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings.
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Understanding of the operational running of the business/events.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects.
- Good negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
