About the Team

The EU LIVE Creator Strategy Team is the engine behind our live streaming ecosystem's success across the continent. We design data-driven strategies, optimise creators' performance, and execute impactful online campaigns to engage our community and drive growth.

Internship Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our strategy for LIVE creators across various European markets. This role is perfect for someone who is not only fluent in English but also possesses a sharp logical mind, a keen interest in data, and a genuine passion for the live streaming and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Tik Tok LIVE features (e.g., Match, PK, Superfan) among EU creators through education and targeted campaigns.
  • Support GTM efforts by developing a deep understanding of product features and market needs, and assisting in strategy design.
  • Track key product metrics, conduct data analysis, and collect user feedback to optimise product functionality and promotion strategies.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects, contributing to the planning and execution of product GTM initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in live streaming, product marketing, and the creator ecosystem, with familiarity in LIVE content and interactive features.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English as a working language.
  • Collaboration with peers and teams based in China and across EMEA; high levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English would be beneficial, including the ability to communicate in industry‑specific terminology with ease.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month long internship period.
