About the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced, highly organised and production‑minded Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a part‑time contract. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast‑paced production environment and take ownership of delivering best‑in‑class brand partnerships from day one. The Immersive Adventure, the role will play a critical part during key planning, build and live delivery phases.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our commercial brand partnerships from initial deal completion through to live execution, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.
Location & Hybrid Working ModelThis is a part‑time, 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role. Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area. To maintain the collaborative, fast‑paced energy required to mount our productions, the standard expectation is a minimum of 2 days per week in the office/on‑site, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. We are ideally seeking someone available to start as soon as possible.
ContractTerms
The opportunity requires a commitment of minimum three days per week, with additional hours required during project delivery phases. Salary: £45,000–£55,000 FTE (pro rata based on agreed working pattern), dependent on experience.
Production & Delivery PeriodsDue to the live nature of our productions, working hours are not always strictly 9‑to‑5. During high‑stakes delivery windows, specifically show builds, technical rehearsals, preview weeks, and opening runs, this role will require flexible working patterns.…
