The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of Tik Tok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations.

• Campaign Management:
  Plan and execute on‑platform promotional campaigns across Sound On EMEA’s Label Services roster, with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Creator Campaigns:
  Develop and manage creator‑led promotional campaigns on Tik Tok, identifying content opportunities and campaign approaches that support artist and label objectives.
• Catalogue Growth & Opportunities:
  Partner with the Label Services team to surface and reactivate existing titles within partner catalogues, identifying new commercial opportunities through Tik Tok‑led promotion.
• Cross‑Market
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with the Label Services team and Sound On stakeholders across regions to identify and execute cross‑market promotional opportunities for priority releases and catalogue titles.
• Performance Analysis & Insights:
  Analyse campaign performance, creator activity and conversion metrics to evaluate success, generate actionable insights and inform future campaign strategies.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• 5 years of experience in digital content, influencer/creator marketing, label services or the music‑related industry.
• Experience working with label partners rather than directly with artists.
• Experience planning and executing creator‑led or digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram Reels or You Tube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, creator ecosystems, music promotion and social media trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and German (verbal and written) language skills are desirable to communicate and build deep relationships with German partners.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience working across multiple markets and international stakeholders.
