Position: Front of House & Security Brand Ambassador Farringdon Road (STARS)

STARS delivers a discreet, high-end security-focused hosting experience to visitors, guests and employees at the client site. As a Front of House & Security Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of the building, ensuring a five-star experience while maintaining safety.

You’ll combine exceptional customer service with professional security awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Commit to a 54-hour work week on a rotating shift pattern (weekday nights only and weekend day/night shifts of 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00). Must be available every weekend.
  • Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner.
  • Issue badges, reconcile entries and conduct audits.
  • Deliver a consistently high-end, customer-focused experience.
  • Embark a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the reception, lobby and office areas.
  • Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the front-of-house environment is welcoming.
  • Assist in emergency situations and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Respond appropriately to varying and fast-changing priorities.
  • Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.).
  • Represent Securitas and the client organization in a manner in keeping with their values, brand identity and culture.
  • Patrol the premises as required.
Qualifications
  • 5-year checkable employment history.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
