This role reports onsite in our London office.

The RoleWe are looking for a You Tube, Digital & Client Liaison to bridge the gap between our complex digital ecosystems, commercial brand partnerships, and external clients.
This is a pivotal role within our Brand Partnerships and Operations teams. Your primary mission is two‑fold: elevate our pre‑ and post‑sale client service to an world‑class standard, and "future‑proof" our internal teams by scaling our digital operational knowledge.
You won’t just be pulling reports; you will translate technical You Tube performance and algorithmic insights into compelling narratives that drive commercial success. If you are a digital media specialist who loves data but thrives in client‑facing environments, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Moonbug delivers value to our global brand partners.
Responsibilities- Client Strategy & Translation:
Attend client meetings and pitches to articulate Moonbug’s digital strategies. Translate complex You Tube algorithms and technical data into clear, high‑impact insights for clients, balancing transparency with strategic commercial boundaries. - Data‑Driven Storytelling:
Analyse You Tube and wider digital channel performance to build tailored, persuasive presentation decks. Avoid a "one‑size‑fits‑all" approach by customizing post‑campaign results and pre‑sale pitches to align with specific client objectives. - Internal Enablement & Training:
Act as the core operational bridge between our technical platform teams and our commercial account management functions. Proactively design and deliver training to reduce internal dependencies and increase overall team self‑sufficiency. - Commercial Support:
Partner closely with the Brand Partnerships team throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that digital delivery meets client expectations and commercial commitments. - Operational Excellence:
Continuously look for ways to optimise how we package, report, and communicate digital insights internally and externally, raising the benchmark for client service across the business.
- Deep You Tube Expertise:
Proven historical experience working within the You Tube ecosystem, with a thorough understanding of channel management, algorithmic trends, and platform metrics. - Client-Facing Confidence:
Collaborate with our Sales, Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to develop and articulate best‑in‑class You Tube content strategies for our Brand Partners. Build You Tube channels and distribution programmes from the ground up, pitching programmes directly to Fortune 500 companies with our Sales team. - Analytical & Narrative
Skills:
Highly proficient in data interpretation with the ability to turn raw analytics into structured, creative, and visually engaging presentations. - Collaborative & Proactive Mindset: A natural educator who enjoys sharing knowledge and upskilling cross‑functional colleagues to drive operational efficiency.
- Adaptable & Fast‑Paced:
Comfortable working in an agile, evolving entertainment environment where digital strategies shift rapidly. Experience with in kids’ media or digital entertainment is a distinct advantage.
