Operations Executive

NE Play is looking for an Operations Executive to join our expanding team. This will be a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in gaming to develop with the company as our games portfolio and partners continue to grow. The successful candidate will be someone driven, computer literate and familiar with MS products. They will also be articulate with good copy writing skills, analytical with a strong eye for detail and passionate about sports and gaming and/or fantasy sports products.

• T h e r e will be a good deal of testing and Quality Assurance as part of the role to ensure that our games are working as intended.
• Verify that game play is as per the designs created.
• Undertake exploratory as well as structured manual testing.
• To get involved in testing potential exploits of the system.
• Raise, track, and have ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Writing both creative content for marketing content/promotional material as well as detailed content for factual elements of the games such as how to play and terms and conditions.
• Revise copy on internal and client feedback/direction.
• Working with the Head of Product to assist in the development process from conceptualization to completion, to design, test and deliver visually engaging product offerings.
• Working with the development team to ensure that all games are being developed and are working as per the design and functional briefs created.
• Working with partners to ensure that delivery and maintenance of games are being performed to their satisfaction.

• Have some experience working in gaming, in product testing, or in a copy writing capacity, though this isn't a must if exhibiting an ability to perform these roles.
• Be passionate about sports, particularly cricket and football.
• To be a gamer, or someone who is familiar with and well versed in fantasy sports products.
• Have a reasonable understanding of mathematics and statistics.
• Have strong English writing skills.
• Have the aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Have a positive attitude.
