AEG Presents – the Touring, Festival and mid-sized venue division of AEG, is looking for a Programming Coordinator to support our Programming team across the UK.
The AEG Presents UK venue portfolio includes Eventim Apollo, Indigo at the O2, The Halls Wolverhampton and Watford Colosseum, as well as the recently-opened 3800 capacity British Airways ARC in London.

What you'll be doing Event programming & content support- Support the delivery of programming across our UK venues, helping maximise the number and variety of events.
- Spot opportunities across venues by reviewing bookings and identifying where shows could work elsewhere.
- Draft, issue and track event contracts, monitoring the return of signed agreements and updating contract schedules.
- Monitor invoice schedules to ensure deposits are received in line with on-sale timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our booking system (Tempo), including holds and hire details.
- Issue show confirmations to internal teams, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
- Manage programming inboxes, responding to promoter and event enquiries in a timely and professional way.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with promoters, agents, managers and event organisers.
- Work closely with teams across Legal, Operations, Ticketing, Marketing and Finance to support successful events.
- Support in-house productions where required, including budget tracking and booking elements or artists.
- Coordinate hospitality events and support guest list management with internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to industry contacts, helping promote our venues and enhance their profile.
- Experience with in the live music or events industry in a similar role
- Strong administration skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Resilient and professional when working with external stakeholders
- Positive approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required
- A genuine interest in music, comedy, sport and family entertainment
Where:
You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station, but may need to be able to travel to the venues as well. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
