- 7+ years in product analytics or growth analytics within free‑to‑play games, consumer tech, or similarly fast‑iterating online products.
- Proven track record shaping product strategies end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification and discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Advanced SQL (Big Query or similar) and proficiency with Python or R; experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g., Looker).
- Strong statistics and experimentation background; comfortable working in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with large‑scale live events, tournament‑style experiences, or other high‑impact player initiatives at scale.
- Familiarity with player segmentation frameworks, LTV modelling, and portfolio‑level trade‑off analysis.
- Experience working with experimentation platforms and measuring the impact of product features and initiatives.
- Take ownership of the analytics strategy for your area, proactively identifying opportunities, driving clarity, and helping teams make better decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Production, Marketing, Economy, Design, and Data Engineering, using data and insights to influence direction and align teams around common goals.
