The Front of House and Security Brand Ambassador (STARS) role delivers a high‑end, discreet security‑focused hosting experience to visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s). You will serve as the central point of contact for all Front of House operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment. The position combines top‑notch customer service with enhanced security awareness training, certified to BS 7858, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

- 60 hours per week
- 07:00 – 19:00
- £15.75 per hour
- 60‑minute paid lunch break
- Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner.
- Deliver a consistently high‑end, customer‑focused experience.
- Embody a high‑performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same.
- Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard.
- Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to maintain an excellent front‑of‑house environment.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide timely and accurate information.
- Respond appropriately to changing priorities.
- Build strong rapport with recurrent customers (client staff, visitors, contractors).
- Represent Securitas and the client organisation in line with shared values, brand identity and culture.
- Lock and unlock the building as required.
- Act as the central point of contact for Front of House operations.
- Champion a high‑performance culture and lead by example.
- Provide accurate, timely information and support.
- Proven Front of House or corporate hospitality experience.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proactive mindset with natural problem‑solving ability.
- Professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times.
- 5‑year checkable history.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
