Position: Bar Staff - Hide and Seek

hap Flexi is back for another epic summer of festivals

and we’re looking for energetic, reliable bar staff to join our team.

This is your chance to earn money while being part of one of the UK’s most iconic live music events.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serving drinks and handling transactions on busy festival bars
Delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment
Working as part of a high-energy, supportive team
Long shifts expected (10–16 hours) across the festival
Bars are extremely busy
Must be comfortable working under pressure

Requirements

Must be 18 (due to licensing laws)
Friendly, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Well-presented with a positive, team‑player attitude
