Verified Global is a fast-growing sports betting media and technology company operating in the US market. We run a portfolio of content brands alongside Game Script , our proprietary picks and subscription platform. We work closely with major operators including Fan Duel, Draft Kings, BetMGM, and Fanatics, and we’re scaling quickly ahead of the busy September betting season.

We’re expanding our paid ads team and looking for a hands‑on Paid Ads Specialist
. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll take real ownership of performance across our brands and GameScript - with actual budget and the autonomy to drive results.

You’ll report into the Head of Ads (with visibility up to the CMO) and work closely with brand managers to drive paid acquisition for both affiliate and subscription products.

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, X, and Snapchat
• Own performance end‑to‑end - including budgeting, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and scaling
• Collaborate with brand and content teams to develop and test ad creative at pace
• Build clear reporting on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and subscription metrics
• Test new channels and formats to diversify acquisition
• Stay on top of US gambling advertising compliance across different states

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience running paid social and/or paid search campaigns
• Proven ability to improve CPA and ROAS through structured testing
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑starter who thrives with ownership and light oversight

Nice to have:
Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or other regulated industries.
