We are looking for a driven and creative Assistant Producer to support the development and delivery of standout sports content across broadcast, digital and social. You'll play a key role in shaping projects from the ground up, supporting editorial development, coordinating contributors and production, and helping create engaging content that connects with audiences.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting the development and delivery of premium sports content across multiple platforms.
- Shooting second camera on location.
- Building rough cuts and edits, with a strong sense of pace and story.
- Collaborating with editors and creatives to craft features, openers and promos.
- Responding quickly to live moments and evolving editorial priorities.
- Helping to bring fresh, platform native ideas to the table.
As a fast moving production environment, you may also support across a range of projects and priorities where needed.
Who You Are- Previous experience in an Assistant Producer or similar role, ideally within sport, entertainment or live events.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid (or something similar) with solid offline editing and rough‑cut skills.
- A strong instinct for storytelling.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions‑focused.
- A proactive, driven team player who brings energy, creativity and a positive attitude to every project.
A person who watches sports content on multiple platforms, takes inspiration and brings ideas to the table, however developed.
Great if You Have- Experience in a live gallery environment.
- Awareness of digital first content performance.
- Familiarity with fast turnaround workflows and media asset systems.
- Experience operating Sony FX cameras.
- Consistently strong, engaging sports content delivered across broadcast, digital and social.
- Clear, well structured storytelling through edits and rough cuts.
- Fresh ideas are regularly turned into output that resonates with audiences.
