Role OverviewAs an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers; you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained. This role goes beyond mere interaction – it’s about infusing every moment with excitement and care, ensuring that each guest’s visit exceeds their expectations.
Your efforts will foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.
- Greet and attend to guests on the electronic gaming floor, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Encourage guests to engage with the electronic gaming offer and help them navigate products.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and promote a positive environment.
- Support the casino’s operational goals and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during all shifts.
- Adhere to casino policies, health and safety regulations, and all operational procedures.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Participate in training and continuous development to improve gaming and service skills.
- Understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit and the factors that impact its contribution to the business, coupled with a willingness to learn more.
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
- A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
- A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
