About the Role
In this role you will join a team of Divorce Specialists and report to our Assisted Team Lead. To be successful, you must have experience in family law, particularly in divorce and financial remedy. We seek a self‑motivated person who can provide superlative customer service.
You will help customers with their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, offering guidance on the process and clarifying what the court looks for when approving a financial order by consent. Key Responsibilities- Help and guide customers through their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, explaining the process and court requirements.
- Follow amicable divorce processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service to support the progress of separations and financial orders in a timely fashion.
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms, accurately recording customer information.
- Complete documentation to ensure accurate information is gathered for court filings.
- Conduct advice calls with potential customers and proactively manage them into clients.
- Experience working in family law, specifically in divorce and financial remedy in England and Wales.
- In‑depth knowledge of financial remedy in divorce by consent.
- Previous experience in a legal practice.
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and understandably.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency and confidence using IT systems and technology.
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for workload.
- Excellent organisational skills, maintaining accuracy under pressure and managing cases proactively.
- Ability to plan and manage workload efficiently.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactivity and flexibility – team members work efficiently and support one another.
- Salary: up to £35,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
