Office-based, London Central.

Some agencies run one format, one audience, one playbook. This one runs ten to fifteen in-house brands across the UK, Europe and international markets, each targeting a different crowd. There's now a fantastic opportunity to join the team as Senior Event Coordinator taking responsibility for your own portfolio of events.

The Company

This is a boutique experiential events agency that built its entire operation in-house, from concept through to delivery. Across more than ten brands, the team produces live events spanning brunches, branded raves, boat parties and more, reaching diverse audiences at home and internationally. Building from the ground up they are now a structured, mid-size agency with dedicated entertainment, comms, design and marketing functions all under one roof.

Sitting within a close-knit events team and reporting into events leadership, the Senior Event Coordinator will take ownership of event coordination and delivery across a portfolio of live events.

• Managing end-to-end event coordination across multiple brands simultaneously, from planning through on-site execution.
• Liaising with internal entertainment, design, comms and marketing teams to align logistics, creative and communications for each event
• Commercial oversight of profitability of event brands and event delivery
• Supporting the international scaling of events, including opportunities to travel to event locations across Europe and international markets.
• Contributing creative thinking to entertainment production planning and logistical problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• Managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

The right Senior Event Coordinator will be someone who is comfortable juggling multiple live events at once, thrives in fast-moving environments and brings both logistical organisation and genuine creative flair. You will also be commercially minded!

• Solid event coordination and delivery experience across the full event lifecycle.
• Confident project management skills with experience liaising across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
• A background in fast-paced, multi-brand or concurrent event environments.
• Proven ability to problem-solve creatively and decisively under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in logistics, scheduling and on-site execution.

Experience in entertainment production, live music, nightlife or branded experiences is beneficial but not essential. Above all, this role suits someone who takes ownership, brings energy and ideas to the coordination process, and wants to grow within a business that is going somewhere.
