ROYO is looking for experienced production staff for the 2027 UK & Ireland Tour of Johannes Radebe:
Finally Home.

Project Summary

Beloved dancer, Strictly Come Dancing host and star of the West End smash‑hit musical Kinky Boots, Johannes Radebe, will tour the UK from 1 April – 13 June 2027 with a gala performance at the London Palladium on 9 May 2027.

Production Dates

Rehearsals:
- Rehearsal Week 1: w/c 15 March 2027 (London)
- Rehearsal Week 2: w/c 22 March 2027 (London)

Technical rehearsal: w/c 29 March 2027 (Wycombe Swan Theatre)

Performance dates: 1 April 2027 – 13 June 2027. Nightly dates and venues listed on

Job Requirements
  • Experience as Head of Wardrobe in large‑scale commercial productions.
  • Experience managing a professional theatre wardrobe department on large‑scale commercial productions, including motivating and directing staff as necessary.
  • Self‑motivated, problem‑solving attitude and calm work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross‑departmental collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent punctuality and time management.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to current Health & Safety guidelines relevant to the production, which may include working at height, using appropriate safety equipment and clothing, and attending training as deemed necessary.
  • Experience of one‑nighter touring.
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the production in accordance with artistic requirements and direction.
  • Prepare and maintain all costumes and equipment required by the department, including checks prior to each performance.
  • Attend rehearsals, show calls, maintenance calls, get‑ins, fit‑ups and get‑outs as required, including emergency calls in the event of equipment failure or other incident that could risk the cancellation of a performance.
  • Maintain awareness of understudy and swing performances ahead of each show and make necessary adjustments.
  • Compile and keep updated cue sheets and other relevant show paperwork, including the costume show running bible, both soft and hard copy.
