urbanest in London is seeking a friendly and proactive Post Room Assistant to be the first point of contact for residents and guests. You will help create a positive living environment and manage parcels efficiently.
With 37.5 hours per week on a rota across 7 days, you will deliver excellent customer service, process deliveries, conduct parcel audits, and assist with building walks and social events with university partners.
