Key Duties:

To administer course enrolments, bookings using computerised and manual systems. To answer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed To administer the hire equipment and deposit system. To log and report all customer complaints and feedback and any other areas of concern to the Duty Manager. To monitor admissions of everyone entering the facility and adhere to access control procedures. Close down or open the department when on the relevant shift, in accordance with our company’s procedures.

Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges and memberships. Promote and cross-sell other services provided within the centres, to encourage customers to participate other activities, e.g: swimming, group exercise and Golf.

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the leisure or golf industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour Basic IT knowledge and experience in operating a booking system. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a busy environment. Interested? Here's a little more about us:
