FRONT OF HOUSE / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Battersea Power Station
Pay: £13 - £14/hr
One City is looking for a driven, high-energy individual to join our team as Front of House and help deliver our in-studio customer experience.
This role is for those who understand that a high-performance studio requires more than just operational support — it requires focus on atmosphere and brand energy. You'll be a key part of the "live" environment, helping ensure energy levels are high, aesthetics are sharp, and every brand activation is executed with precision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Member Experience- First Impressions:
Deliver every first-time greeting and studio walkthrough at the highest level — informative, high-energy, and welcoming. - Instant Communication:
Ensure member feedback and on-site queries are dealt with instantly. - Refuel Management:
Support the smoothie bar during your shift, ensuring quality control and speed of service for post-workout nutrition.
- Bring the Vibe:
Contribute to the energy levels in the studio, keeping them aligned with the One City brand from open to close. - Events & Collabs:
Support studio events, themed classes, and brand collaborations, helping ensure flawless execution and maximum member engagement.
- Precision Standards:
Help keep the studios, changing rooms, and communal areas immaculate through regular checks. - Shift Support:
Assist with opening/closing procedures, making sure the studio is always "performance-ready." - Tech Readiness:
Ensure all studio equipment and tech are ready for action before every session.
- Energy & Drive:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring enthusiasm to every shift. - Atmosphere Driven:
You understand how to influence the energy of a room. - Organised:
You enjoy the logistics of a busy floor and juggling multiple tasks. - Team Player:
You take direction well, work well with others, and lead by example in your own corner of the studio.
- Flexibility is Key:
Our community moves early and stays late. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am or finish as late as 8:30pm. - Weekend Energy:
We're open 7 days a week, so regular weekend work is required.
- Competitive Pay: £13 - £14/hr.
