Overview The Principal Product Manager for iGaming is a strategic role responsible for defining and executing Paysafe’s product strategy across the global regulated gaming industry. This role owns the end-to-end product vision spanning both the merchant ecosystem (operators, gaming platforms, affiliates, and payment partners) and the consumer experience (players, wallets, alternative payment methods, and payout experiences).Operating

at the intersection of payments, regulation, and digital entertainment, this leader will shape how players fund and withdraw from gaming accounts while enabling operators to maximize conversion, payment performance, and global reach.

As a domain expert in the iGaming industry, the Principal Product Manager will partner closely with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities, influence investment decisions, and guide cross-organizational initiatives that drive long-term growth in one of Paysafe’s most important verticals.

This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and the ability to align engineering, commercial, and operational teams around large-scale product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership Define and own the long-term product strategy for Paysafe’s iGaming ecosystem, covering both operator payment capabilities and player financial experiences.

Develop a clear product vision that enables frictionless global deposits and withdrawals for gaming operators while delivering seamless funding and payout experiences for players.

Identify emerging opportunities across the regulated gambling ecosystem including real-time payouts, alternative payment methods, cross-border deposits, risk management, and payment orchestration.

Shape strategic investments that position Paysafe as a preferred payments partner for leading gaming operators and platforms.

Partner with executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities, platform strategy, and commercial growth initiatives.iGaming Industry Expertise Serve as the internal domain expert on the regulated gaming ecosystem, including online casinos, sports books, betting platforms, and gambling operators.

Translate industry trends into product opportunities across deposits, payouts, wallet experiences, fraud management, and payment optimization.

Understand the complex regulatory environment governing gambling payments across global markets and ensure products are designed with compliance and jurisdictional requirements in mind.

Represent Paysafe with strategic partners, operators, and industry stakeholders as a trusted payments expert.

End-to-End Ecosystem Ownership Lead product initiatives that span the entire payment journey from player funding through operator settlement and player withdrawals, ensuring a cohesive and optimized payment experience.

Own complex initiatives involving multiple product lines including wallets, alternative payment methods, payment processing, fraud and risk management, and regulatory compliance.
