Job Description Lightroom is seeking an experienced and highly organised Producer to join the Distribution team and manage the adaptation of our immersive shows for international markets. This pivotal role ensures seamless communication between Lightroom, its production partners (e.g. 59 Studio), local licensees & venues, and IP stakeholders as appropriate. With responsibility for creative and technical deployment across multiple sites, the Distribution Producer ensures each show is delivered to Lightroom's high standards on time, on budget, and in full compliance with IP and licensing requirements.
Work will be project-based, and require regular travel to partner venues to supervise on-site installation.
Job Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a producing or project management role, ideally within touring exhibitions, theatre, film, or immersive experiences. Proven ability to track and monitor spend against budgets (c.100k) and collate and drive schedules. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple work streams and global time zones. Experience coordinating approval pipelines, for example IP approval of show or marketing assets Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with high-profile partners and creative teams, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
High level of proficiency with project tracking systems (e.g. Smartsheet, Airtable), and strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Excel. Willingness and flexibility to work across timezones, travel internationally, and occasional weekend work as required (e.g. for on-site delivery). TOIL available.
Job Responsibilities Overall Manage schedules for international delivery, overseeing multiple work streams, escalating risks and resolving blockers quickly. Serve as the main point of contact for licensees and suppliers on day-to-day delivery matters, providing context and priorities to enable seamless delivery. Successfully navigate cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships, balancing competing priorities to achieve project objectives. Work to continuously improve distribution processes and systems.
Resource Management Create, manage, and reconcile budgets for adaptation and installation. Monitor spend against agreed budgets and maintain accurate financial reporting. Book, brief and coordinate external freelancers and specialist suppliers, including translators, voice artists, sound designers and technical support.
