This prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire an Events Manager on a permanent basis to run their annual events calendar for their busy London office. The Events Manager in London will be required to plan, produce, and execute quality events, working collaboratively with the London Business Development team.

Events Manager – What you will be doing:

• Create a plan of events for each financial year, collaborating with Client Development Managers and the Head of Client Development
• Support with the development and execution of client, internal events, and webinars
• Work closely with the business development & marketing team, as well as with partners and lawyers to manage the event logistics throughout the lifecycle of an event for example: researching venues/experiences, conducting site visits, booking venues, sourcing entertainment, creating seating plans, working with the graphics team to design and send invitations
• Collaborate with departmental lawyers and business development teams to develop and continually refine best practices and standards across the firm for both in-person and virtual events
• Establish, monitor, manage and report on performance expectations for events and meetings
