Location: Greater London
National Theatre Productions in London is seeking a Head of Casting to lead inclusive, world-class casting for NT productions. You will oversee the Casting Department, secure outstanding talent, run auditions and collaborate with directors, producers and writers to interpret casting needs.
You will champion inclusive casting, nurture emerging talent and manage a multi-person team, budgets and recruitment. The role involves negotiation of fees, contracts and ensuring strong industry relationships.
