We are looking for a confident, customer-focused

Slot Hostto join our Electronic Gaming team. You’ll be the friendly face of the slots floor, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring the smooth running of all electronic gaming operations and providing the highest level of customer service.

• Welcome and assist guests in using slot machines and electronic games.
• Provide guidance on gameplay, machine features, and promotions.
• Monitor the slots area to ensure machines are functioning correctly.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with the technical, security, and gaming teams as needed.

• You must have one year of experience working as a Slot Host in a similar environment.
• Confidence using technology and explaining it to others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• You must be over 18 years of age.
