The Conference Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of SBC’s conference agendas and sourcing industry‑leading speakers for our events, with a particular focus on SBC Summit Rio. This position is essential for developing high‑quality conference programs that resonate with our audience and meet the evolving needs of the industry.

If you are a proactive, organised, and relationship‑driven professional with a passion for the gambling industry and conference production,

You must have:

• Fluency in Portuguese (preferably Brazilian Portuguese)
• Proven experience in conference production or a similar role, with a strong understanding of event logistics, speaker management, and audience engagement within the B2B events and/or media landscape
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with industry executives and open doors for collaboration, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven experience operating autonomously with effective decision‑making and judgement.
• A keen interest in technology, with strong digital savviness that enhances the ability to leverage tools and platforms for successful event execution and promotion.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and spoken, facilitating clear and impactful interactions with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs, ensuring successful event delivery and coordination.
