Position: Music Production Expert - Russian
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35 $ 49/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality creativity and production quality across genres.
• Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence and vocal quality.
• Label songs by genre structure instruments and vocals.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• 2 years of experience as a music producer audio engineer or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance theory or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production engineering or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres sub-genres and artists.
