About UK & Ireland 2028 Limited

We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and delivery partners to plan and deliver the tournament safely, inclusively and to world-class standards.

About UEFA EURO 2028

UEFA EURO is one of the world’s largest sporting events. In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large-scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public services. UEFA owns the tournament and sets requirements; UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is responsible for delivering it locally.

The Role

The role of the EURO 2028 Senior FANTV Manager is to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of UEFA's FANTV programme across all 51 tournament matches, working closely with key internal stakeholders, participating National Associations, host venue teams, commercial partners and UEFA's appointed technology and production suppliers.

This includes football highlights, tournament storytelling, bespoke video features and promotional content, music programming, ceremonial and event messaging, match and tournament announcements, sponsor activations, and other corporate and commercial content.

The role will act as the central point of coordination between key UEFA’s departments, editorial, production, broadcast, technology, commercial and venue operations teams, ensuring all content is produced, approved, scheduled and delivered in line with UEFA's editorial standards, technical requirements and commercial commitments.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the FANTV Coordinator and FANTV Producer, ensuring effective planning, clear objectives and successful delivery of all operational and editorial requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate and lead FANTV supplier and staff workshops to ensure alignment on operational procedures, production workflows, technical requirements and tournament objectives.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and delivery frameworks to ensure effective collaboration and alignment across all relevant UEFA departments, suppliers and venue operations teams.
  • Lead the development and delivery of a coherent, engaging and innovative live FANTV entertainment concept across all 51 matches and nine UEFA EURO 2028 venues, ensuring a consistent tournament identity.
