QA Engineer - Slots, Crypto & Casino

We build and operate casino games across Meta Win, HIT and our social casino platforms. The role covers three product lines: slots (Legend of Tartarus, Candy Cash, Rise of Cetus and paytables, bonus rounds, RTP behaviour), crypto originals (Plinko, Roulette, Crash, Prime Dice with on chain settlement and provably fair verification), and live casino (streamed dealer tables, real time game state, provider integrations).

These are real money products. When a payout is wrong, it's wrong in someone's wallet, so the bar for correctness is higher than most web QA roles. The interesting problems live below the UI: settlement maths, wallet reconciliation, provably fair verification, real time socket traffic, and the network layer where the truth actually lives.

You'll join a small games QA function in a senior seat, working alongside our existing QA lead. Senior here means you set the standard: you own test strategy for the titles you take, decide what gets automated and how, and you're the person the team believes when you say something is or isn't ready to ship.

The work is a genuine mix of manual and automated testing. New builds need someone playing them properly, and live tables have to be sat at and played. We also run a Playwright/Type Script harness with page objects, payout specs and network intercept probes, with AI assisted authoring using Claude, and we're pushing into agent driven testing.

What You'll Do

• Slot testing: design and run test plans for new slot releases through to production. Verify win evaluation against the maths spec, not just what the reels animate to. Test bonus and free spin features end to end, multiplier ladders, cascading wins, progressive jackpots, and win cap truncation. Cover bet handling fully (stake levels, autoplay, turbo spin) and wallet reconciliation. Break the states nobody demos: refresh mid spin, disconnect mid bonus, round settled twice.
  
  Validate game history and round replay, and run seeded sessions to check outcome distribution against expected RTP.
• Crypto game testing: test Plinko, Roulette, Crash and Prime Dice, where settlement is on chain and the maths is the product. Verify provably fair mechanics end to end, including seed hashing, nonce incrementing and seed rotation. Test each title's own maths (Plinko grids, Crash cash out timing, Dice payout multipliers, Roulette payout tables). Validate token precision and rounding, reconcile the ledger against the chain, and hammer concurrency (double submitted bets, races between a bet and a balance update).
  
  Probe stake limits and max win caps, and test failure paths where money is on the line.
• Live casino testing: test streamed dealer tables from lobby through to settled round. Pin down bet window timing against the server clock. Verify game state stays in sync with the studio and that round IDs trace from table to wallet. Cover table games properly (blackjack splits and insurance, roulette bet types, side bets against their own payout rules). Break the real time layer deliberately (dropped socket, reconnect, throttled bandwidth) and confirm balance and outcome are still correct afterward.
  
  Check stream quality, latency and provider integrations, and confirm responsible gaming limits apply mid session, not just at launch.
• Across all three: own test strategy and the release call for your titles. Run functional, regression and exploratory testing across desktop, mobile and tablet on real devices. Check what regulators and players both care about (responsible gaming, bet limits, jurisdictional rules). Write and maintain automated tests in our Playwright/Type Script suite. Drive our AI assisted and agent led testing, and judge where AI helps and where it doesn't, since a confident wrong answer about a payout is worse than no answer.
  
  Support UAT, monitor titles post release, raise clear reproducible bugs in Jira, investigate mobile stability issues to root cause, spot patterns across the portfolio, mentor the team, and communicate release readiness honestly.
• Five or more years in QA on web or mobile products, with real ownership of test strategy rather than just execution.
• Hands on experience testing at least one of slots, crypto/originals or live casino, with the appetite to own all three.
• Comfortable testing real time, event driven products including websocket traffic and recovery after a dropped connection.
