Major Players are partnering with an award-winning live event and experience agency, to hire an experienced Senior Event Producer with a strong grip on both production and client account management. You'll lead a variety of briefs; product launches, music festivals, experiential pop-up's, conferences, touring experiences and installations, working across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA, so travel is expected.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll be a self-assured, detail-focused producer who can take full ownership of projects from kick-off through to delivery, with support from a wider team of project managers, producers and designers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale UK and global events from pitch through to delivery — developing concept sell-in documents, budgets and timings, and presenting to clients.
- Own production delivery across site and venue planning, installations, staging and event infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Creative Director on the creative development process, and manage supplier relationships, contractor negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Mentor junior producers, manage project managers on operational processes (guest flow, accreditation, ingress/egress), and stay calm and adaptable under pressure on-site.
- Manage production budgets for accuracy and value, feeding into forecasting and billing.
- Significant experience in production/technical production/events, with a strong portfolio to show it.
- Confident, hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously as well as leading a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time management.
- CAD/Sketch Up experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Salary: £44-50,000, depending on experience
