Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Hybrid with 3/4 days a week in the office, salary between 35/48k, previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge.
Business traveltouring specialist duties- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
- Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
- Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
- Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately
- Touring or production experience is a must
- Sabre knowledge in a must
- Hours of work can be 9am to 6pm, or if you prefer to start later and finish later this is not a problem
- Strong reissues, ticketing and refunds experience
