Gumball 3000 is a global lifestyle and entertainment brand, best known for its annual 3,000-mile

international rally combining automotive culture, music, fashion, entertainment and luxury

hospitality.

Alongside the annual Rally, Gumball delivers a year-round calendar of events, parties, launches,

brand activations, VIP experiences and charitable events around the world.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Events Coordinator to join our Events Team

and help deliver these experiences to an exceptionally high standard.

This is a hands-on events role supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of Gumball

3000's global event calendar.

You will work across everything from large-scale public events and automotive activations to VIP

hospitality, parties, dinners, brand experiences and the annual Gumball 3000 Rally.

Working closely with our internal team, production agencies, venues, contractors and suppliers,

you will help take events from initial concept through planning and production to onsite delivery

and breakdown.

Gumball events are fast-paced, international and often logistically complex. We are therefore

looking for someone who is a genuine self-starter – positive, resourceful and solutions-focused,

with the confidence to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.

You will need to remain calm under pressure, think quickly when plans change and maintain

exceptionally high standards even when working against tight deadlines.

• Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of Gumball 3000 events, hospitality experiences and brand activations.
• Coordinate production companies, venues, fabricators, contractors and event suppliers.
• Take ownership of individual event work streams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with the delivery of bespoke builds, event environments, hospitality spaces, stands and brand activations.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, event plans, floor plans, supplier briefs, run sheets and other event documentation.
• Manage day-to-day supplier communication, quotations, deadlines and onsite requirements.
• Attend and contribute to venue visits, production meetings, rehearsals and event recce trips.
• Coordinate guest, VIP and hospitality requirements to ensure a premium experience throughout.
• Support ticketing, accreditation, guest lists and event access where required.
• Work closely with internal Commercial, Marketing, Client Relations, Talent and Production teams.
• Be fully hands-on during event builds, live events and breakdowns.
• Identify potential problems early and take a proactive approach to resolving them.
• Troubleshoot operational and production issues onsite, often under significant time pressure.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, branding, production and guest experience across every Gumball event.
• Support international event logistics and Rally operations where required.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years' professional experience within high-end

events, ideally across luxury, automotive, motor sport, sporting, entertainment or lifestyle

Formula 1 hospitality, luxury automotive launches or major brand activations would be

particularly relevant.

You should have:

• Strong experience in event planning, production and onsite delivery.
• Experience working with production agencies, venues, contractors, fabricators and a good understanding of temporary event infrastructure, hospitality structures, bespoke builds, branding, AV, lighting, furniture and event finishes.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers, deadlines and work streams simultaneously.
