Producer/Show Runner

We are a London-based media network building shows that cover food, sport, finance, law, technology, culture and lifestyle — all made for young people, by young people. We are looking for a Show Runner to lead the production of one of our shows from pre-production through to publishing.

• Book and manage guests — first contact through to their arrival on recording day
• Brief the full team ahead of every recording — episode topic, guest background, running order
• Direct the show on recording day — keep energy, timing and content on track
• Own the master episode checklist — nothing goes live without your sign-off
• Make sure BTS content is being captured throughout every recording
• Confirm all footage is uploaded to Google Drive after every session
• Coordinate with the Editor on clip selection and key timestamps
• Send weekly updates to the Head of Production on show status
• Keep the guest pipeline active — always have the next three guests in progress

• Organised — you do not drop things, forget things or need to be chased
• A strong communicator — clear, professional and proactive with the team and guests
• Someone who takes initiative — you solve problems before they become problems
• Passionate about the show’s subject matter — you understand the audience
• Reliable — you show up when you say you will, every time
• Willing to learn and grow into a leadership role within the network

Once the show starts generating revenue, every team member receives a percentage of what it earns. You helped build it — you share in what it makes. Full details in the Opportunity Offer document.
