• Evaluate precious metal items with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and trade clients.
• Provide a confident, professional and engaging customer experience.
• Work effectively as part of a busy, experienced and professional team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in gold buying, precious metals, jewellery or a related industry.
• Be confident dealing with customers and handling high-value items.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of precious metals and accurate testing methods.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be trustworthy, professional and honest at all times.
• Be a positive team player who works well under pressure.
• Be organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
