This is a senior creative position for an experienced Key Art Designer who thrives on developing original campaign concepts and delivering exceptional visual execution. You'll take projects from brief through to final artwork, collaborate with senior stakeholders and help mentor and develop more junior members of the creative team.

• Develop original and compelling key art concepts for film, television and entertainment campaigns
• Lead projects from creative brief through to final artwork delivery
• Create high-impact campaign visuals using photography, typography, compositing and image manipulation
• Produce creative across theatrical, streaming, Home Entertainment, digital, social, print and OOH channels
• Present and articulate creative ideas confidently during internal reviews
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Account Teams and Production teams
• Mentor and support junior and midweight designers
• Help drive creative excellence across the wider studio

• Significant experience as a Senior Designer, Key Art Designer or similar within an entertainment, creative or advertising agency
• Strong Home Entertainment campaign experience is essential
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional entertainment key art and campaign creative
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, particularly within compositing, retouching and image manipulation
• Excellent conceptual thinking and visual communication skills
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
• Experience developing campaign concepts rather than solely adapting existing creative
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with major film studios, broadcasters or streaming platforms
• Experience delivering global entertainment campaigns
• Knowledge of entertainment finishing and production workflows
• Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills
• Illustration experience
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools
• Understanding of After Effects or motion design
